My husband and I are going to be empty nesters and i’m terrified.  This will the first time as I’m sure for a lot of us, that our house will be empty. • Leaving for BC in Dec 2019

Hi All! My son is scheduled to leave Dec 5. He was sworn in yesterday. While I'm excited I'm scared because he is my youngest son (21). I have so many questions but I don't want to bombard him. I heard leaving in Dec is different from any other month. Does anyone have any info, advice, suggestions

  • Kid in a Box

Got my KIB today. Sad. Trying to stay excited and not let my fear overcome the excitement of my son being in the US Navy and the wonderful life and career he is about to have.
