Hi SunshineSailor, thank you for responding, yes I did recieve my form letter. Happy to hear you heard from your daughter, I know it was a great relief. I sitll have not heard from my son outside of the one sentence on the back of the form letter that said he loves and miss us all and he loves the Navy (deep down inside I knew he would). It was a great relief for me but I need a phone call or letter or something. And of course I ran out the very next day to send all the letters I written and collected along with phone cards, pictures, writing paper and stamps, hopefully he recieved them yesterday or today. My SR is in ship 12 Div 099. I haven't met any other NavyMoms in that division yet. Have you managed to connect with any Navymoms in your daughters div?
Hello SunshineSailor- That is so great to hear that you were able to hear from your daughter!! Did you receive a letter or a call? I am glad that the group is doing well. So they are listening and doing what they are told?!? That makes me happy. I cannot wait to hear from Ryan. I will keep you posted when I do. I called his Dad and told him about your message!
Yes, I hope they get some time to themselves tommorrow. Have you gotten her address yet? If so what ship is she in?
I haven't received the form letter, just texted and called the recruiter a lot. He knows how close Victoria and I are as well as how nervous she was to go ( we both texted him questions all the time for the last few months)Tori will be going to Pensacola,FL for "A" school. Her job is AO. I hope she gets stationed close.
I got her address. Victoria is in the USS TRITON. How about your daughter? I'm so glad we already got her address, I put three letters in the mail this morning from my husband, sons and myself. We miss her a lot
Yes. Victoria arrived there Monday evening. She met a group of kids at O'Hare Airport.
My daughter Victoria is there with your daughter!
