Nancy, thank you for your insight.  I have passed on the information to our son.  He met with his recruiter last week and he told him to start getting ready that he could be called into service prior to his assigned date.  Do you know if this happens often?  I know you are so proud of your son.  I am praying that James will excell as well.  Blessings,  Kim

Hi Nancy,  Thank you so much for your reply.  My son and I were just talking about how this is going to be so good for him.  He is on his way to meet with his recruiter now.  I am so thankful to be plugged in to this group.  It's nice to be in contact with other mom's who are in the same place.  How does your son like the Navy and being a corpsman?  Blessings,  Kim

Hi Nancy, I bet your getting very excited and nervous at the same time! Will your son start FMTB right away? My son starts 8/1. My son had a choice of Lemoore, CA or 29 Palms after FMTB, he chose Lemoore. Both are icky lol. At least our kids will be close :-)   What's your sons rank in the navy? Erik is a Hospital Corpsman. Enjoy your time on Tuesday with your son!
