Usually information about calls goes to the PIR group. This is were most divisional news is posted. Good luck I hope your son calls. What will his job be? and where is he going to school after BC?

Sandy, it depends on how much of the information he knows. They have to pas certain requirements before they rank up or phase up. and it also depends on their Rate or Job. My kids went in knowing that IS"S ranked up faster then others.

Hi Sandy, the test I am talking about is the information they had to study before they left for BC. 11 rules of orders, ranks and such. If they pass the test in BC they get moved up to an E2. Our son went in as an E1 but had to pass this test while in BC so that when he completed his A & C schools he would rank up to an E3. His sister, started BC with and E3 that is why she has already ranked up to a IS PO3. His division also got phone calls today so I just finished speaking to him and he sounded good.

Hi Sshea, Yes both my husband, son's gf and I will be at the M&G. We will be arriving in town on Sunday and hopefully get the chance to see family in the area. I have done this before as I have a daughter who has been in just over a year and is an IS3. Both my daughter and son will be in the intel program. Found out in the letter today that he did well on his test and should now be an E2. Yeah, that means he will be an E3 by the time he finishes his A & C school training. What is your sons rate or job? I was thrilled to get such a newsy letter from our son, who wrote much more then we expected him too. Loved it!!!

Hi, I sent you the info for the ribbons in a private message. You can see the pics on your PIR groups main page PIR 11/24/10 ... The pics are on page 3 right now but may be page 4 or 5 depending on how long it is until you go to that groups posts. Let me know if you can't find them. Thanks
