Can anybody give me advice on booking flight for my sailor for winter stand down. He has stated that it begins the 12/20 - would it be safe to book a flight in the morning? Will he have things to do that morning that might delay him from making flight? They are getting pricey so wouldwant to buy his ticket this week. Thanks - Justin's Mom
