FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi, I do not know where my son is going to A school yet. I think it is Great Lakes so he will not have to leave. But not 100% for sure. I did receive a letter yesterday but he didn't mention A school. Where is your son going?

Hello, no we have not received a letter yet :( I am hoping tomorrow we will have one. I am kinda sad and still very worried. My son is signed in a 5 yr active duty and is corpsman went in as an E3 and yours?

You may know by now that Division 313 is on Ship 13.   Know that Divisions 313 and 314 are brother dvisions and train together, so look for others with loved ones in either division.

My son's father got the call thursday eve, very late. Very basic he said "Yes i'm here safe and love you all. ... We got the box yesterday but no paperwork inside reguarding address or assignment. Perplexing we got his cell phone shipped home.. I'm not sure if they all had to or it was his choice.. Feeling a little anxious today about getting more information. But we are writing letters to keep us busy untill we hear from him and can send the letters.

I have not found out what division my son is in. We just recieved the box today but there was no paperwork inside to tell us anything. How did you find out this information ?
