Hello Everyone! It is my privilege to choose our March Group! First, though, I must extend hearty anniversary wishes to Navy for Moms.com! Yesterday I consulted with my "posse" who write letters and add to the boxes every month. They are ages 2 through 11. We looked at maps and anysailor. We are going to Kuwait this mont

I know that I have big shoes to fill considering my excellent predecessors but I pray you will all join me in showering these brave sailors with some N4M love! Pat

Adult bikes as it seems these sailors have a hard time getting around the area!
YEAH Pat and congratulations. So we are going to Kuwait this month - hurray. Our Southern Colorado moms are getting together tomorrow so we'll ready our boxes for the Medivac Unit. Thank you so much for taking on the assignment and thank your "posse" for helping with your decision.
Chris, My Son enlisted in CS as that is where we lived for 11 years. It almost hurts when I think that I would be part of the Southern Colorado Moms......We really miss it there. We had to move for my husband's job and we've been in VA since late 1997.

I get a real kick when I read your posts about CS area and CO itself. In spirit your group has one more member!

God Bless,
T
Pat: I'm glad we have leader for March! Looks like you did a great job selecting our Sailors for March. I'm happy to be a part of this group!!!
Wow--bikes. Now that's a new one to pray for.
Showers coming ahead, dear Pat, for these wonderful military "children" of ours.
Carol
What an awesome choice Pat, thank your posse for us!!!
Great choice! Maybe our gift to the group this month from the cookbook $ can be a bike. Well I already have a bunch of stuff so I should be able to get a couple boxes out asap.
Wonderful Choice Pat. I will get things ready this week.
Great Pat, I believe I have enough pillowcases made already!
Wow Sue, I'm impressed! You (and your team) are just the little sewing engine that could! lol That's my all time favorite child's story... I think I can, I think I can, we think we can, we know we can, we did it! (Navy Moms Adopt a Sailor twist at the end there.)

Pat, my dear friend, I'm with you and your sweet little crew all the way this month. Who better to kick off N4Ms birthday party and send love to hard working Sailors who need our support! I'll get to work on a box of healthy snacks to send to Kuwait. :) (oh, and the last pair of shoes I bought was a size 7.5, not really that big, certainly not like that funny little clowns in the story. lol)
Yep, I have a great team of women who are sewing away. I'm even up to 30! this month we will be able to have an unique one for each sailor.
Thank you Pat for taking our March babies.
Think about the bike thing ---maybe we should do that for our Navy Mom present this month ? Whew Mailing a bike would be strange---but if anyone can do it WE CAN !!

PL - you are about the cutest thing ever. You are well in advance working on next months already. You sound like me ----Im always about 2/3 months ahead of myself. lol lol

Happy Birthday N4M ---- in this group alone since the start of this site, we have supported 685 sailors. That would not have been done without N4M enabling us to find each other and become a force !!
BZ N4M and the wonderful people who run it ----------- ( I know you see this comment, you know who you are From the Navy to the Ad Execs and beyond and BIG HUGS)
