go girl go!!! I too have a stack on my dining room table waiting to be stitched tonight!!
I have 23 pillowcases.
They are tie-dyed, washed and I just finished ironing them. I still need to pack them and write my cards, so I will get them shipped tomorrow or Friday at the latest.
Have added you to the count!!! Thanks Julie!!
Hello Ladies- I have 14 pillowcases ready to go- finished this evening - Just pulled them out of the dryer and ironed -
I aimed for 7 - and got on a roll .....
I will be sending out tomorrow - I am including goodies - that I collected - what ever I can put in the box -

here are some picts -

Start - 11 am

finish - 9 pm

Uffda Broke a sweat on these........ How is everyone else doing?? I am so excited and thrilled - to see that the packages have begun arriving - Yippeee!

PillowCase-Sue - they would NOT meet your inspection!
YEAH Becky!!! There you are!!! Those look great! Love the green!!! Will add you to the count!!! Yahoo!!! That number needed just keeps falling!!!
Yes - I am here - ...... will be on the road again by Friday - will not be home again until either Monday or Tuesday.

I hear that stuff is arriving to the ship! Great!!! and Yippee!

I am going to put that link here too - for the spread sheet - "tally experiment " -

https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dDNSX0FVUG5vUGVFak...

we should be able to fine tune - for each and every month -

But you are doing such a great job with pencil, eraser and paper!! the old way some times is easier !

LOLOL -
sure they would. my seams aren't always straight and if they are really "with character" as Dori says, I do a 2nd sttitching to make them straight. haha.

They look beautiful Becky. You got some great St Paddy's prints.

And I will say this. I have gotten finished pillowcases from people all over the country and believe me, I have seen some interestingly made ones.
That Sewing machine was a "smoking" today! ...........So was the Iron!

I looked at the left over fabric - as I got 7 prints - 1 1/2 yds of each and a "generous" 2 of Green - total of 13 yds .plus a pkg of cream pillow cases - revamped a premade one - cut off the hem and added the very left over fabric for a "new" hem of St Paddy print. Some of them are two sided! and no two hems are the same!

What tidbit of scraps I have left over - I can use to stuff a cut off denim jean leg for a toy for Lola & Nikita to fight over! -

I do not follow directions well - EVEN when I had retyped up yours - to the letter -(almost)
printed it up - and then I Forgot it at home when - we were on the road to Fargo! It was a hurry up and wait trip! I could not remember ......... measurements and amounts to save my soul!

NOW - I should Tackle that Closet - up stairs - Got any ideas for knits! and silky prints! Uffda - the stash! Been making bags for grocery totes. Uffda got some wild stuff there! the hot Pink Zuuba Print - was used for a Knit pillow case tho for sailor son - when he was in the sandbox. LOLOLOLOL
Here are my latest contributions... I stitched multiple of these prints... some have bands, some don't... my son rolled his eyes at some of the prints I stitched up... I am thinking maybe I still see all these sailors as my 'little boys'... hope some of them are still in touch with their inner child!!! But then again, who doesn't like dinosaurs or helicopters?? My personal favorite is the space ships and aliens!!

Oh I just love these!!! and Karen - what your daughter said - "tanks" that is priceless - gotta love these kids and humor! The Guys will just love them!!! I know it!
OMG - I love them - especially the stars! My son's room still has the dinosaur border I put up when he was four (he hasn't asked me to take it off).
LOVE THEM wooooo-hooooooo
