I am asking if anyone is not using all four visitation slots...my family and I are flying down from Florida.  I need two tickets one for my husband and the other for my father.  The reason behind this is my husband and I have three children under age and have to be included with me inside.  My husband and father will wait outside to see if they are allowed in.  I'm nervous that the venue will be full and they will not be allowed in.  I am begging if anyone has any available tickets to please contact me.  Thank you and God bless...

Clara- Are you children under 12 years of age? If so, they do not count as one of the "ticketed" people.
I am aware of the under 12...I have a total of 4 sons coming and I'm not counting the youngest that is five yrs old..Thank you for the information..
Clara: Children 12 and under do not count in your 4 tickets. What are the ages? Also I am not sure yet, but......I may have 2 that I can give up. I will know a little later....but if I have them, you are more than welcome to them. I will write more this weekend. Gotta go. Will keep you posted!!!
Thank you Jill if so keep me posted...thanks
We're worrying about the same thing. Our immediate family will use the allotted 4 tickets, but we have 2 families coming with us. (5 in one and 4 in the other.) One person told me that there's plenty of seating, but I'm nervous that not everyone will get in.
I had this reply on another thread, and thought it might put your mind at ease: "They can get through the gate, but if their name is not on the list they will go to security and sit in a comfy chair and watch the same video that we watched in the graduation hall. Then before the graduation starts, they can go and sit with you, as long as you saved them some seats. If not, they can sit up in the balcony. There is plenty of room. So bottom line is they have better seats during the wait time and will not miss the graduation." Oh--this was posted by someone who just attended a PIR on 4/30, only a week ago.
Wow what a relief thank you sooo much I feel much better know...
Here are a coupe of pictures on the RTC's Facebook page. They'll give you a good idea of the size of the place:

I read somewhere on this site that other people can come with you in the car if you have a pass. But that there is no guarantee they will get a seat. Although, usually there is room. So, even if they are not on the list, get them inside to start with and see about getting seated. Also I read that very young children don't have to be listed. (I do take everything I read with a grain of salt though, rules are always subject to interpretation.)
clara- it is my understanding that 'tickets' aren't transferrable. Your recruit writes the guest names on the list and then we print off the 'passes' to show at the gate. We aren't actually given tickets. But I haven't read any where that people were turned away. Just make sure that you and your family are listed by your recruit. And don't forget ID's for all over 12.
But there ias bound to be space. For instance there is only 3 coming in my family. And I know of several in our PIR that aren't bringing 4- you should be fine!
Hope tjat helps somewhat.
Lori
Hi Clara - How are you holding up?? Do you believe we are now at the week countdown!!! I am so excited I could burst. When does your ship do Battlestations, have you heard? Let us know....and then see you next week. Whohoo!!
Clara
There isnt tickets and your cant give slots. But what you can do is take one or 2 extra people. What happens if they seat all the guest that are on the guest list. Once everyone is seat the extra people are allowed in. Its may only be standing room for them but they do allow some over flow. They may not be able to be seated with you but they should be able to get it.
