OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Keeping track to be sure we have postcards from all 50 states headed to our dear Seabees!  Want everyone of those guys and gals to see pictures of home!

Post what state you can send cards from...  best if they have messages from you written on the back!  Put the cards in an envelope or box and send them along!!

Below are the states we are still looking for..  If your state is not on the list and you have postcards send them along!  The more cards sent, the better your state is going to be represented!  The more the merrier!

Kansas

Vermont

West Virginia

Okay this may be a stupid question but we are mailing these postcards in our state boxes. Correct? Tomorrow is our car show that will benefit the troops and I have postcards that I got from Vista Print for attendees to fill out and the pictures on the front are not from Texas they are the Statue of Liberty, Iowa Jima and the Washington Monument but on the other side I have Texas Supports our Troops printed. So I will send a lot of these as well as some that are Texas specific.
