My recruit is in this division
Here's one! J is in Ship 6 Division 943 too! It is so exciting to have found this site and be able to communicate with people going through the same thing I am (I just became a member of the site today!!)
I agree Claire....it's hard to follow the entire PIR site especially with so many divisions. With the 900 divisions it seems that they are doing things differently than the other divisions...so I'll post more here!!
Hope we all get letters today to hear how are recruits are doing :)
Super excited about 3 letters I received today from my hubby....he said they got bonus time for writing and he was hoping they'd mail out those days...but since they didn't collect mail until Sunday to send out....I got them all at once :) No complaints from this Navy Wife!!!
Sounds like Division 943 is doing great!! Weather has been steamy, they did the "Marlinspike" last Friday in preparation for "Battlestations" it's the last BIG task prior to graduation. He said this week has Military Drill Inspection on Thursday 8/19 and another written test on Friday 8/20. They have another Insepction Mon or Tues of next week...then weapons range, fire fighting, "Battlestations," Captains Cup and a last Official PFA. Hoping they do great and get all their flags!! Also hoping for 5.0 inspections so phone calls will come OUR way!!
He said the entire division is NOT a Grad & GO division so they'll have Liberty time all weekend, but would have to return to base each night.
Now for me.....Time off work-check, Hotel reservations-check....READY TO GO!!!
Have a GREAT WEEK Division 943, we love you & our so proud :) Hooyah
Hi Traycee!

I just saw this under discussions and thought i would let you know that we have a group for 943 already started. I'm not that computer literate so i'll try to tell you how to get there.... just go back to pir 9-10 and under discussions (at the bottom go to page 4). There will be a discussion that Maureen started with all the divisions for 9-10. Our link is the last one that says ship 9 div 943 (i know the ship is wrong but we've changed it). anyhow, that's where we are... would love to have you! You posted more info today than I think i've gotten in the last 5 weeks! My son has only been able to call once and we've only received 2 letters so far. I'm hoping for one tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed! ha! We can be a rowdy bunch sometimes and lots of fun! Claire found us yesterday I think. Thanks for all the info! I'm sure the other's would love to see what your hubby wrote!
Hi There!
My Son is Ship 6 Div 943. 9 Days and counting down. I can not wait.
Have to get to work now. But, I really hope to talk soon.
