Headed to PIR at the end of October.I dont need a fancy place but it must be CLEAN,decent and some what up-to-date. Also it has to be in a safe well lit area preferably near restaurants, Walmart or Target. We prefer that bfast is included (to save on 1 meal each day !) ,free WIFI, and maybe an indoor pool but NOT necessary. The nearest to RTC is great but we can always swing trade that for other amenities... There will be 2 adults and a baby. Thanx!

Awesome thanks! Initially we looked at the Residence when we thought we had more in our party. Now that it's just myself, baby and my brother we wanted to scale it down a bit. I heard bad stuff about the Ramada also.$104 is a great deal and what I normally would pay. I'm thinking between $65-85 per nite roughly for this particualr trip, especally since we'll need a rental car too. OR does the Residence offer a shuttle to/from RTC and airport?
You've described the Springhill Suites to a T! We stayed there for PIR in August and loved it. There is a Super Walmart right across the street and tons of restaurants.... Chili's, Denny's, Chipotle, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds, Anastasias, Starbucks, etc... they also do have free breakfast and each room has a little kitchenette area with a mini-fridge & a microwave. Wifi is free, and they do have an indoor pool. We paid $89 for the Navy rate... it does change all the time. It is a very new hotel, and was pristine! They do have a shuttle to PIR, not sure about the airport though. Have a great PIR weekend!
