Have heard nothing since the call on saturday...hoping we might get our last Thursday mail tomorrow!!! I can't believe we are getting so close! I sure hope Tiff is healing well...my prayers are with her!!! :)
My mail normally comes on Thursday.
Hi Girls!!! I got a quick, very quick letter on Wednesday...and my daughter got an even quicker letter on Thursday. He must be really busy...or tired of writing!!! LOL :) His letter was very sweet...thanked us for being so supportive while he has been at BC!!! OMG.....6 days!!!!! What am I gonna wear?????
New Question.... I don't think this person is a N4M... but will try anyways... Is there anyone here with a daughter from Houston that has the initials A.C.J. ?????????
Hey, Tiffs Mom, I am hoping that "no news is good news"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am assuming she passed her PFA on friday? I have been praying for her and keeping my fingers crossed!!
Thanks Cindy!! I am hoping so too. But there was a mom on 9/17 whose daughter called her on Tuesday (Friday was PIR) and said she still hadn't passed and would call on Weds to let her know if she was going to PIR... well the mom never got a call and left anyways and now I can't get a hold of her to see how it all turned out!! Tiffany's letter yesterday said she felt stronger and like a different girl and was going to give it her all for the test.... YEAH Tiffie, she finally sounded upbeat and happy!!!! I soooo wish I could know how the test went .... this not picking up a phone and checking on them is killing me!! Cindy, how old is your daughter, the one at home? She might be my son's age, he just turned 17.
Heather turned 17 in August....she is a Senior! How about your son?

Our Ribbons from LaLa say "Hettchen" "328"....look for us! I'll be looking for your "Tiffany" ribbons in our 328 section!!!

It is so hard not to know how they are, and what they are doing!!! I hear A School is 500% better!!! Tiff is staying in GL...I think? Paul flies to Pensacola on Oct. 6th. He wants me to rent a locker at the airport, put his laptop, cell phone, and Ipod in it. He will then retrieve it on the 6th. I feel like I should be in a "Mission Impossible" movie!!!!! Not sure I trust that the Navy's plans wouldn't change....and, I will be driving 26 hours round-trip to retrieve the goods!!!!!
Alex turned 17 on Sept 7... he's a junior, he missed going to school that year by 5 days... had to wait a whole year, but I think it was for the better!

I can't wait to go!! I am so excited!! Do the lockers at the airport have locks or combo locks? How does that work? Yes, Tiff will stay in GL, so not sure what to do with her stuff, it's going to take her a whole day to just catch up on FB with friends and stuff, probably Fri or Sat she will do this! UUUGGHHH I want to TALK to her!! LOL
I am not sure anything about these lockers! I guess it has been done before...I am hoping that Paul will know what to do when I get to GL! If we do the airport lockers....how will he know where it is? Is there a key, a combo? How will I tell him if he has no phone? The only thing I can think is to drive to the airport with him on Sunday. Rent the locker with him. But, can he go that far? Oh my!!!! I heard that some of the kids staying at GL rent a locker at the bowling alley on base, and stow their stuff there until they are transfered to A school (can't have it in their possession until A school). Don't take that as gospel!!!

I know what you mean about talking to them....this is like charades...and, I am pretty bad at it!!! LOL :D

I can't wait til FRIDAY!!!!! It makes me sad to know that one week from right now I will have to give him back :(
WOW...PIR was awesome!!! I was so locked in on Paul with that flag I didn't even notice that a few kids were removed by the bodysnatchers!!!

Paul knew who Tiff was the whole time!
