I just wanted you all to know that CA central valley has a lot of offer. Within half-a-day, you could be in enchanting San Francisco with it's combination of New York/European aura or if you prefer to venture south, you could be in the fast-paced, ultra glamorous Los Angeles Metropolitan with fabulous beaches and beautiful people everywhere. There is a wonderful group in Lemoore and a nice group of Central Vally Navy Moms just up the road (this group had a meet and greet on Aug 28).

This coming Sat, Oct 9th 17 of us are having dinner during Fleet Week at the Marines' Memorial Hotel in San Francisco. Over the past, we have had at least a dozen meet and greets. The Northern California Navy Moms (our of Sacramento) are doing a "Sew In" to make pillow cases for sailors on the USS Lincoln on Oct 16.

Feel free to join as many groups as you like. If the number of email notifications become over-whelming, simply click "Stop following" underneath the comment box - and you won't get any more emails updating you when someone has posted a comment.

Welcome to California.
Regard, BQB
Lemoore is really central California. Not really west coast!! You won't be getting ocean breezes!! You'll make friends fast!
