Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Okay, so this is a fairly new group, and some of us don't know eachother a whole lot, so I figured this would kind of be an ice breaker type of thing. Kind of like a minature biography. KEEP IN MIND. OPSEC RULES!! NO FULL NAMES. Use the first letter of their first name, it keeps it safe. DON'T GIVE OUT HOME TOWNS. States are okay. (: Hope this goes well and everyone jumps in! To give YOUR biography, just comment the discussion with it(:

I'm excited for him too. There are so many feelings that I'm experiencing. Did you have that too?
Yes I did! It's like..so many mixed emotions!! It's crazy!
It's really encouraging to know I'm not alone in this :).
Corey & Tory..... I love it!!! :) Too cute.
hahaha thanks Charity :). When I see him on sunday, I'll get a picture of him and I and put it up here, so you guys can see him too.
Awh! So cute Libby, it really is a blessing that ya'll found eachother in such short time!
I know exactly how you feel. Finding "the one" and letting them go. Same thing with me and M. It will all be worth it in the end!! :)

hi everyone!

my name is amanda I am from TN. M and I have been together for almost 2 years now. When we met I already knew he was going to go into the Navy. Right now he is in BUD/S and hopefully will be coming home soon for a break for the holidays. I am so excited and very proud of all of our guys!! much love to you all!!
Awesome Amanda! So yours is gonna be a SEAL! Congrats!
I'm Katie, I turn 20 this December. I live in southern California, and love it! My parents are currently going through a divorce, my dad left us this last new years eve. I love musical theater and dance, and I'm thinking about being a pharmacy tech. I work at Chick-fil-a, which is where I met my boyfriend, he was a team leader and trained me then a year later we started dating, about 5 months after that he left for boot camp, we knew he was going and all that good stuff so it wasn't a shock on our relationship. We've been together 10 months now.... well at least thats before he broke up with me Sunday, I'm hoping it's just because of cold feet, and we'll get back together on his leave, I'm hoping but trying not to get my hopes up at the same time. I live a pretty simple life style I think anyways... It's just been stressful lately. I at one point wanted to join the Navy, and kicked the idea around a lot, until I heard about the showering process. lol!
LOL. I love the last part, until i heard about the showering processs!!! haahahah.
hope ya'll get back together..me and mine are on break too:(
