Oh I understand that I looked up spirit flights they were about 94.00 plus fees and stuff so im still on the hunt :)
HOOYAH just got another phone call!!! Our God is good all the time!!! He sounded great!! Said this was a mandatory call!! Said the 369 just lost their 1st SR today. Apparently there was a hearing problem and it was too bad..my son said they all felt so sorry for him..He said even the RDC and Petty Officer were sorry to lose him. He said he is still the same guy that left but has gotten alot better with doing things..I am guessing he meant prioritizing..Said they have another PFA coming up..so prayers will never stop!! Hope more phone calls to all moms tonite!!
hearing problem what does that mean?
My SR has a bloody nose problem and they said if they cant fix it he might have to leave. He had a lot of blood work done last week so I guess no news is good news by now. Just praying that the bloody nose gets under control. I feel bad for that SR I get upset thinking that my SR could get sent home I cant imagine getting that phone call. :(
Poor SR was deaf in one ear. Not sure how he made it past MEPS. They were all sad to be losing one.
did he give a name?
My son has a hearing problem they knew about it at meps? If so PM me please.
No no name, hoping and praying that you'd have already been called if it was your son.
They must have missed it at MEPS because they have a hearing test there.
strange how things work out. He knows he has some hearing loss. They knew at Meps. He was seeing a specialist there I guess. Was told nothing to be worried about though not bad enough for him to be "sent home", so this is just making me sick to my tummy.
Just got a call too!!! Didn' t tell me about the SR, so sorry for him. We only had a couple of minutes so he could call Kelsey too. Kevin is on his flight home from California, he has been gone since 27 September and it will be good to have him home. WooHoo!!! Got a few minutes, he is feeling better, just a sore throat. Doing good though, Praise God!!!!
OH GOSH SO SORRY WE LOST ONE:( my prayers are with whoever it is though. i know he must feel awful..... No call yet for me but i know he is passing that float test right now as we type ladies!!!!PRAY FOR HIM!!! thanks:)
When my SR first wrote me the first thing he told me was that they have to do a lot of PT because everyone talks so much... So RDC's probably got tired of it. But from the sounds of it, if they are talking a lot they have obviously made good friends. If any of the other SRs are like mine then they enjoy talking lol
I'm sorry to heard about the SR with the hearing problem...and its sounds like they are making great friends...and I call it the honeymoon period...its over and they are getting to know each other so the questions start...personnality's are getting known. I hope and pray that they get to call before 3 weeks....
