I have read many of the discussions and agree, careful planning is a must! We arrived at our hotel, reserved for 2 nights with the impression our son would have liberty that weekend, well after a 5 hr wait, he called saying he had been granted a 13 day liberty, very nice since he now is able to spend Christmas at home, however, we may be charged still for the xtra night at the hotel, and the biggest problem being- On his paperwork he filled out the travel method being car, which was fine since we had arranged it that way and drove him back home with us-he said that now means we are responsible to drive him back, a 10 hr round trip!!! Does anyone know if this can be changed, it would be much easier and not require us to miss work if we coud send him back on train, 5 min from our house and much more cost effective- any reply would be appreciated as soon as possible, he is to return the 30th.
