:). Hi Hapsmom! We have two discussions going now for our SRs, lol. I think that makes six of us and no letters or calls yet :(

By the time div 095's mail guy gets trained...he will break his back carrying all the letters I've written to Hap.

I did get a phone call...so I am thankful for that...but I am ready to hold something in my hand that he touched and I think he is needing the same!

Hi everyone!

I agree. No mail and no phone calls is making me crazy.  I know he is fine, but I would really like to hear his voice and/or find out how his div. is and what he's been doing.

Where are  you guys from and are you going to PIR?
Hap just called!  He said they had inspection today and he only got one hit so he earned 5 minutes on the phone.  We just talked for one minute because he wanted to call several people....but it was so good to hear his voice.  He said they are getting mail now and he can mail something out this Sunday!
Phone calls rock!  He said Mom please send me pictures.  I said what do you want pictures of baby...he said EVERYTHING!

Hi Ladies!

I just put a note on the PIR 31111 group.  I got a call too!  Kyle said he had 15 minutes - so I got 5, his dad got 5 and the girlfriend got 5.  Not long enough, but it was awesome!

HapsMom, I am from NJ and we are definitely going to be at PIR.  Already booked our hotel room :) We are driving and leaving on Thursday morning.  We have a 12-13 hour drive. Hopefully we will make it there in time for the Meet and Greet, which is at the hotel where we are staying.

We are from WV.  My husband is on the fence about attending but I will be there no matter what I have to do to get there.  I plan to leave Thursday morning too but I haven't made reservations for anything yet.  I've had surgery recently and am just now starting to get around.
LETTER LETTER  I GOT A LETTER.  His first one, dated Jan. 23rd!
I got two letters today! One dated the 19th and one dated the 22nd.

I got a letter too!!! No date on mine, but who cares!  I got a letter!

He says he's doing fine - getting up at 5 a.m. sucks - and he loves his camo's.

He also said he is going to be leading the div. for P.T., so he's excited about that.

You guys got LETTERS!!!! That's excellent! I'm still waiting for either a phone call or letter...I think I'm going to write one to myself for him and just put blanks in it like a Letter to Mom Nav-Lib. Dear _______ (Mom, Dad, Girlfriend, MOM!), life here at Great Lakes is ___________ (Adjective like Great, Cold, Energizing, Sleepless). I think to write to you at least _______ times a day (make up some gigantic number here). But we march so often that we're not really ALLOWED to write or speak or even think yet. (I just made that UP!) I'm in great shape and have NO injuries. This was the best decision I've ever made in my life and you raised a terrific SAILOR! Oops, maybe I should let him write something for himself?
