Thank you SSMom. We're all hoping for the best.
Our letter today wasn't very positive either.  Sounds like they have not earned a flag for PIR yet and may not.  But they have four weeks to get it together - hoping they do.
Such a shame for those who ARE making the effort, to be hindered by some who clearly don't want to be there. Why stay? Why drag the rest of the group down if they're not prepared to follow orders... not sure if I want those kind of people serving next to my husband who DOES try and obey orders and is responsible. So discouraging.... I hope to hear positive news in the next few days. :/
my son said the same thing, he's not happy about it either.  I've read before on this site that they rarely hold a whole division back but will tell them that to get them in gear, but you never know.  I'm going to send you a message

melody- my husband is a Corpsmen too. They move their things over to A school after PIR so they're staying at GL. Check out this group, Sailor in A School for Corpsmen

I heard they get to have overnight liberty and do not have to go back till Sunday! Let's cross our fingers for that! :)

Overnight liberty is determined by the Chief of each individual school so it's not guaranteed but I will also be keeping my fingers crossed! My husband is AECF and will be in GL for about 6 months so I'd like to spend time with him when I can! :)
I received a letter today from my son. I am very proud to say he is doing great!....... Him and 3 others passed the DEP, & PFA test and got advanced.  He has made E-2!!!!!!! He said it looks like they still get to graduate on March 25. I'm a very proud Mom. :)

I need to know ASAP if they are graduating or not March 25th.   I have to ask for my days back at work, then request off new days.  make arrangements for younger kids, grandparents who are coming to meet me from out of state to travel from here to the great lakes.

please get it together guys!!!!

melody85-if you haven't received any calls I'm pretty sure that means they're graduating on time. A SR is allowed to make phone calls if he/she is not graduating on time.
Pink eye is going around in Division 110! Ewwww.... :(
Letter from my husband!
Are there any of you interested in meeting up at the meet and greet Thursday 24th at the Ramada?
