Yep wsubmariner it's about 240/pp roundtrip to fly but like you said it's all worth it :). So it sounds like you are going then?
Yeah, we got another letter and they are saying he is staying in GL.  Tim is going to make some calls so we can know for sure what his next move is going to be.  My brother is going FMF *play with the Marines*  I would never have expected that out of him.  Couldn't be more proud, seriously.  = )
Wsubmariner It's definitely getting exciting. Can't wait! My daughter said she is staying GL, too. When you find out something for sure would you let me know? I would greatly appreciate it :)
Will do! = )
Jajajo, my daughter is also staying in GL her rate is GM she'll be there for about 4 months.  I know her Liberty is Friday after PIR till 10pm then Sat 0730 to 2100 and the same for Sunday.
Thanks! That's gives me hope!

Good morning everyone! :)

Welcome Terry 268, glad you found us! The first four weeks went fast hope the last go just as fast:). Have you made any travel arrangements, yet?
Oh yes made travel arrangements shortly after my first trip to GL in early feb after the first son's pir   I have two sons in the navy
Congrats to you!  You must be very proud :)  What hotel are you staying at?
This is just too funny~  Got "the packet of info" with address, password and graduation info in the mail today.  How far are we into this already? haha I guess my brother had a dental apt the day they all went to fill out the paperwork and mail it out so that is what the hang up was.  He was sweet and apologized for the delay and thought that it was funny that I sic-ed my husband on them. Bawhahaha   He said he is feeling the pressure from being a sponsored div but he is passing all test etc with flying colors so that is awesome!  Yay for Thursday letter day!  = )  He sent a nice letter to my kids thanking my little girl for the pretty barbie picture she colored for him.  He is such a good Uncle, he would play Barbie with her.   We are down to the last few weeks.  Hope everyone hangs in there!
