wsubmariner  As the saying goes, "better late than never"....I guess????  What type of pressure, PT, classroom, or both????  I think with the sponosred divisions they believe that these SR'S have it in them to excel and be the very best!!! I thought the same thing about letter day on Friday but didn't receive one today :(  Did you?  Your brother sounds like an awesome young man, you sound very close!  That's nice to hear ;)  YAAYY, can't believe it has already been over 4 weeks!. Got all my travel arrangements made....CAN'T WAIT for PIR 4/8/2011!

He freezes up when someone is in his face screaming at him for an answer!  I can picture his face too so I know he probably has that deer in the headlights look.  He said that he knows the answer but he's feeling pressured.  He will get used to it and be cool just needs that reminder that he is smart and knows the answer.  Can't wait to go out for PIR.   I seem to get letters on Wed and Thurs nothing on Fri.  This time he wrote to the kids and to my husband.  I had my brother at PT on base before he went so I know PT wise he is golden, just need to remind him he is okay and not to freeze!  Maybe he can pretend it is me screaming at him ahahaha  that will get him to snap back to reality and answer real quick.  hehethink I might just say that to him.

I have a feeling I am going to be one of the last to make arrangements for PIR.  Govt is set to shut down on 3/18 and if they don't pass a resolution we are not getting military pay!  Husband still has to go to work and they say they will back pay us but I have a mortgage and bills like the rest of society.  So, till I know if we are getting a paycheck on April 1, I won't be making plans just yet.  Going to pay through my nose for a ticket but better then starving till the govt gets it together.

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is good! :). Booked my flight today, only 27 more days till graduation.....can't believe it and I can't wait!!! I didn't receive a letter this week, she must've been real busy....... positive thoughts :) Talk to you all later!

Hello my daughter in on same ship and div made my reservations at the Lodge have not made flight yet talk to you later

Hi, just got 2 short notes in the mail from my daughter.  She said she only has time to write on Tues, and Thurs. now.  She said she's getting TOO much mail and asked if I could send her a manilla envelope so she could send some stuff home.  She has no more room.  Also wants to send some paperwork and banking stuff. Do you know if we can send bigger envelopes?  Will she get them?  So, it sounds like she getting enough mail so i will slow down now and let her bf write everyday and I'll take a break.  Hope you are doing well.

Krissi

Lil's mom yeah I sent some manila envelopes and she received them

Thanks Jajajo, when you sent them, did you fold them and put them in a smaller manilla, or just use the big one. I hope to get this out tomorrow morning.

Thanks, Krissi

I sent it in a bigger bubble wrap envelope with other things.
