Double WOW, "you done good!"  And a first party, too.  I am impressed and speechless!!!
And you were worried about your first party??????????????? Looks to me like you are a pro already!!!!! Great job, Cheryl

You guys Kicked @!#$ ..Amazing !

There really is NO STOPPING LOVE !!!      kinda like a train choo choo chooo LOVE coming threw !!
Dropped off a pile of pillowcases to the elementary school. They are going to personalize them. Should be something to keep for a long time for our marines. Also picked up more cards that  one of the 1st grade classes did. Very cute. My oriental trading company box arrived today. I ordered mother's day cards that they will have to color/decorate. Imagine being a mom and getting a homemade card from your little boy or little girl who is on the other side of the world. Have crayons, markers and glitter glue to do them up pretty. I know it would just bring me to tears if it were my son. But then I do tend to leak alot anymore. Really getting excited about the Washington packing party.

Hi all,

Oh WOW what a lot of boxes, and wonderful to see too.

I will have either 2 or maybe 3 going out from me.

I have lip balms from me, and some soaps coming in from soap makers on my etsy team.

I also put up a listing in my store for others to donate to our troops, these will all go out to our next group no matter who.

They buy a lip balm, or more which some have, and I put it in a box for the next group. They are LOVING this listing, and feeling like they are helping out some how {:oD

This will be an on going thing, so there will always be bath and body items available here .

Here is the listing that is up in my store, adding up items for the troops

That's awesome Sanmor! And such personal handmade items. Really neat!

Thank you Cheryl, but they are loving this, and the stories I am getting, and praise for doing this.

Makes me smile every day

Mailing begins this week!!  Michigan/Ohio had a really successful packing party - one of our adopted sailors even wandered in!  Seattle packing party coming up.  I'll be mailing my boxes when I get home from my trip-work always gets in the way.  Lots of MLB stuff going - thanks NYPD and all the moms that made phone calls!  Remember, letter writing is as important as packges, so if you can't mail write letters!

Great job Moms!

Hi rdcryer!  I am in Silsbee which is not too far away from you.  Join us over in the Texas' Moms group because we do have packing parties and pillowcase sewing parties from time to time.  We are planning on meeting in Baytown with some of the Houston area moms for dinner soon.
Well my sewing machine still isn't cooperating and time isn't cooperating either!  But thanks to two families that came to my Feb packing party, they donated yummy looking goodies for this month, so I have 7 boxes to ship by Friday!
That is awesome!!  Love that we have moms near and far...packing by themselves or hosting others to come in and support our adoptees!!  They will be so excited to see those stickers on those boxes!!  Cause then they know they come with lots of love inside!!
