Prom dress shopping - that was on the list until the daughter and the boy split - since she is a Junior, she doesn't go if not with a Senior so no prom on the horizon for us this year.  Whew.  I didn't need to add that.  I have another graduation to get ready for in May - my daughter graduates from college.  I have been helping her get her list of companies for her job apps.  Who needs housework anyway???
OK - so now I have to confess. I convinced my very mean mother that she needed to come over and help me clean my house for that horrid Arpil fool's prank that she played on me. She is working away while I am at work and I know that I will have a wonderfully clean house when I get home.  I did supply her with plenty of Chicken and Sausage gumbo that came out FANTASTIC - if I do say so myself!!

Will she adopt me?  I am making chicken and dressing casserole!

ha! It may take some beverages to convince her - I am talking vodka or Kalua or.... lol

ok - I can do that!!!!  Just have to run to Specs......brb!  You KNOW i have wine..........

Maybe you and I should just bypass the cleaning and go straight to the wine! :0)

Ooooh - good plan......wait - I am still up for adoption by women that will come help me clean - do not get me side tracked.

Don't worry Michele. I am already thinking about how I will feel after I see him 4/8 and when will be the next time I hug him or hear from him. It makes me sad. I guess Im one of the lucky ones. My son stays in GL so I get to spend Fri, Sat and Sun with him. He can't spend the night with us, but that's ok. I just want to see him. I will keep u post on FB. Yes I'm taking my laptop. LOL and I will share pictures with you.

Hugs<3

Come on down!!!!  I could use the help!  We don't leave until Thursday - back Sunday.  I am a little disturbed about leaving my daughter home - I have never done that.  Dang band.  I know she has a FULLLLLLL weekend of plans and social events but it is disturbing.  I have to just pray God's protection over her and us and all of the travelers this weekend.

To think I have to stress over this for 10 more days for Shane.  Man...................  When is his Battlestations?  I might go stalk his division.......

I leave Thursday afternoon. If I take some pictures with my phone, I will upload them immediately so that you can see them. I will take most of my pictures with my camera though and will have to connect online in order to upload. I was going to take my computer, but now I just feel as though it is just an extra load if I won't get too much time with him. :0(

I promise to get some good photos of the boys. When I spoke to Ryan he was a bit frustrated that he didn't get to tell me all about Shane and seeing him at PT and all of them getting IT for it. He was still laughing about it and saying that it was so worth it! They really do consider him their brother. I could tell. I also got a card today that I will take and hand to Ryan.  :0)

You relax this weekend - I promise that you will need it for next week for BS. You better tell us as soon as you get your call!!!

I will talk to you soon!

~s

Michele, thanks for the postive words.  Best of luck next week for Shane going through BS and Shanes PIR.  I will be thinking of you next week.

I need to start packing.  Leaving early morning Thursday from Philadelphia.  Disappointed that we might have very limited time with Chris on Friday. They things have been going, he probably will be on a chartered flight and then that would cut the potential for sitting with him at the airport.

Should be an interesting weekend spending it with my Ex and his brother.  I am so happy my daughter will be with me. The highlight of Saturday is walking through a German U Boat.  WoooHoooo!!   I did not mind it so much when I thought my Son was going to be with us.  Oh well. I'll deal with it.

Do you think we can put some snacks in their bag that we are packing up for the airport for him?  I bought some doritos and easter candy.
