My son is going to A school in Charleston for the nuke program. Anyone else got an SR going there?

My SR is not going there but I live 5 min from the Nuke school! Tell your SR to be ready for MAJOR HEAT!!!

Hi Everyone!

Got my letter today (2 pages long).!!!!  She said she is also (SIQ) sick in quarters.  She says everyone at boot camp  has been sick.  Can anyone tell me what an E-2 is.  She said she has been promoted to an E2 and I am not sure what that is .  I know I read about that somewhere here. She said this is week 4 for her division.  They have person weapons turnover, inspection.  She says the other girls call her "Harry Potter" because of the big glassess so if any of your daughters know a Harry Potter there, it is her.  Too Funny.Hope everyone SRs are well   She also said they might be able to have a phone call next weekend..

God Bless our SRs!

asked my daughter if she wanted some contacts for grad and she said "nah cause I rock the BCG'S(birth control Glasses) gottta love the girls!!!

Jessica's mom

Did you get another letter today.  I feel so blessed.  She said they got to write on Tuesdays too.  IT was very short but said they might be able to call on Thursday if they pass the weapons test!!  I am definitely going to be holding my cell thursday night!

I got 5 in one envelope!!! my daughter said the same about phone calls. I hope she can squeeze in a call to me after she talks to her hubby!!! crossing my fingers. Not too much longer now and we can hold our Girls. What a glorious day that will be!!!!
She also said they might be able to make a phone call next weekend (was send on the 31st).  So we should definitely keep our phones by our side!

I'm so sorry to hear that your daughter has been so ill also.  They have all been so sick.  My daughter's last letter is the first one she didn't mention anything about being sick.  So I'm hopeful she is on the upswing finally!

I know E2 is the next rank up.  I read about it in one of her books from the recruiter.  I think it may be Seaman.

I wish your daughter Good luck!  Hope they all get better really soon.

I found the info.  E-1 is a Seaman Recruit, E-2 is a Seaman Apprentice and E-3 is a Seaman

Archangel

Thanks somuch for the info.  She did send another letter and did say she had gotten a raise of some sort.  I am so excited and nervous.  Are you going to see your daughter for graduation and are you going to the meet and greet the night before?
