My son shipped on the 6th as well and I received his 2 page front and back form letter today.   He will have a specific ship and division number and each ship has it's own specific address, so you have to wait on the form letter, but you should receive it soon.
Ok, thanks for the reply.  I will be glued to the mailbox now...LOL

Dear brejones31 .Hi My son also left July 6th and today I got the letter. Its a printed letter from the Bootcamp navy welcoming family and has the address to write to them He is Ship4 Div 818 Probably you got it today or tomorrow. His Graduation date will be Sept 1 probably yours also. Let me know Good luck

Angela

today i got his box with all the thing that he took to boot camp hopefully you got yours

regards

Yesterday I got the box with all his things but I still have not received my letter yet.  I am really praying its there today.
You can contact his recruiter who can get the address for you once your SR is in the system. I expect you will get it in the next couple of days. Write letters anyway and then you can mail them as soon as you get an address. It will probably make you feel better. Hang in there! BC is so hard for Mommas.
I could not wait any longer so I did call his recruiter and got his address so I'm sending him a letter on tomorrow.  He told me because it was still early, they did not put in his graduation date as of yet but he told me to count eight weeks from the time he left to get an estimated grad date.  I tried to patient but its my son and I couldn't wait any longer.
Now I need to join the group with his division. I thought I saw something on here that said I could join the group if I knew his division, is that true Navy for Mom's experts, please help?????
Ok thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
