DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

When your husband ask you if you are going to stay on that computer all night and you do get off but sneak back in to see if anything is going on.
I do this when he falls asleep on the couch. I need a quieter keyboard.
LOL- I have done this too- Also I have encouraged my hubby- "Didn't you say you wanted to go get your car wash... and wax your car- you should do that today!" :)
You know your addicted when your wife thinks you are seeing other woman...Navy Moms!!!
These are all good. I have experienced most of these but the biggie for me was the other night my hubby asked me a question.....apparently several times.....and I didn't answer so he asked it a little louder and I spun around in my chair and yelled "WHAT!" He said my eyes were bugged out and I had a look that could kill on my face. Well please, I mean could he not see that I was knee deep in N4M. A little respect here! LOL I have also burned dinner twice because I forgot about things in the oven. Maybe we need to start a support group just for our addiction. N4MA :)

Lynndear, where did you get that picture of me today?! I told my Hubby to disable the dang webcam!! hee.hee O,k, Ramona, Kathryne and Luvzemal, I'm guilty on almost all counts, (well at least Luzemal, you made the effort to get something in the oven, during the first 4 weeks of BC, I completely forgot on more than one occasion to cook dinner!), ouch, that's three strikes.

I've said before that we really need to come up with a 12 step program, but we're all such enablers!! Lynndear, you have your work cut out with this crew. =) Oh no, never mind, you're one of us, let's just all be hopeless together, it's much more fun...
I did counseling groups for internet addiction (usually porn) amd could not understand people talking on forums or blogs to people that they don't know. I think I should refund some money. This is a rare site where the possibility of meeting each other is real, either at PIR or schools, or special events. Even if you don't meet people, you understand where they are coming from and celebrate with them or cry with them. It is the first time I felt a sisterhood with other moms. We are family, my sisters........sing along
We are family, I got all my sisters and me... get up everybody and sing!
Ok, now my husband is looking at me. We are family. dance dance
I promise you, Catherine our leader will find a clip of this song by tomorrow.
She won't have to go far...There's already a cool N4M video of many Mom gatherings set to that music. Go find it in videos on the main page.! =)
