This discussion is for those who have an SR in Ship 04, DIV 820 and 821,  PIR 10/14/11.   These are brother divisions and will be spending a lot of time together from what I understand.  Remember OPSEC rules and for security purposes...no pictures of your SR or names of SR.  God bless you all!

My son's div PIR'd the Fri b4 they reached 8 weeks so they didn't have the week of processing. Their call was on the first day of 4 weeks from their arrival date, but other div were a few days longer so it may have been because of processing days. Nothing is in stone and can change from one PIR group to the next . Just keep ur phones close, and yes, they do call as a div so when the calls start ya'll can tell each other so everyone is on alert. : )
Thanks again for the info.So good to have the info if others ask.
Welcome all moms,  Please remember if you have your son's name or picture on your account it is advised that you change it.  This is only for the safety and welfare of your SR and you.
I am from 821 and would like to join!
Consider yourself joined!!! :)
I am from 821 and would like to join the group as well!

Welcome aboard!  :)  no pun intended...

820, Thanks for being sisters with us 821's!  Our SR's are the cream of the crop and we should be so proud!!!  I know I am.  I miss him so much but my heart is content because I know my SR is doing what he really wants to do in life!!  As it gets closer we need to discuss wheve everyone is staying. I would love to meet some of the mom's, wives or girlfriends.

You guys are more than welcome.  Yes, all of the SRs, in all the divisions, I believe, are the cream of the crop of our young people.  We all should be proud.  They have chosen to serve their country and protect her and the ones they love.  And, we as moms will do our very best to support them and encourage them.  I feel honored to be with you all.  I agree we will have to try to have a get together over PIR.  I would love to meet you all.

Here's praying our boys are off to a great start and their respective divisions are working together.  I can see where our SRs have gotten their loyalty and drive!

Hi ladies, my sr is in one of the 800 divs too. Nice to see this group on here. This website has been so very helpful for information and support. I just got my airline tickets today and am also very very excited! My sr was already a pretty independent guy, which I think helped me to get ready for his absence, however it's still be so challanging as he was my youngest and his siblings are pretty far away in school. We're trying to see if we can get them to his PIR, too, they really want to go, just wish airfare was not so high:/ Well, good night all!
Agreed Anne.  This website is great.  The veteran moms who take time to help get us started and answer questions are such a Godsend!  Welcome to the discussion!
I thought I might get a call today but not happening I guess. Heavenly Father please be with him and all the SR's!!
