Welcom msu4ensics
Thank you.
My son is on ship 02 Div343 also
Nice to meet you Michelervc.
thank you have not been on in a few days getting ready for back to school for my kids and I.  Ill notify you guys when I get any "real" mail"  Got my fill in the box letter and have been writing ever since.  Good luck to all Ill keep in touch
I received my first real letter today. I was so excited that I put off getting ready for my trip until after I read it. He seems to be doing really well even said "It's so easy". All I can say to that is that I have been preparing him for it most of his life. It's nice to know that all of his and my hard work has paid off. He also said they got their peanut butter shot (I'm gonna have to find out what that is). It was so wonderful to get that letter. Hope you get one soon.
Received my generic, fill in the blank letter Friday.  It was so exciting to get something even if it was a generic or formal (whichever you like to call it) letter.  He said that no one on his bus got to call home, that he hasn't been yelled at yet and that he has been giving the nickname "Dobey" (apparently from the first Harry Potter movie, lol).  It was great to hear from him even if it was only 4 lines.  Those were the best 4 lines I have ever read.  Just to hear something from him.
Got mine today also.  His girlfriend also recieved a letter.  It seems like he is doing well and everything he talked about I seem to have covered in the mutiple letters I have sent him.  He said he has never folded so much laundry in his life.  I thought that was hysterical.  Im happy for you enjoy your trip

It's great to hear you got a letter.  That's funny.  Did he tell you about the peanut butter shot?  I found out that its a shot that's kinda of thick, somewhat like a paste, that looks like peanut butter.  It's some sort of penicillian (probably spelled wrong).  My son said his butt hurt for days, haha.

I know there has got to be more than two kids on this ship and in this division...WHERE ARE ALL THE MOMS?  haha

My daughter is in 343. Got a call at work yesterday from her.

Nice to have you with us.  I was at work when my son called too.  Trust me, the whole world stopped for that phone call :)
