My SR is in this div, I still haven't received the formal letter but his recruiter called me on Tuesday and gave me this information.

I finally received a real letter too. My daughter received one also. It was so nice to hear from him.

That's wonderful!  I'm hoping the only reason I didn't get a letter is because my mail arrives so early in the morning.  I'll have to wait for Tuesday.

I am hoping for phone calls maybe tomorrow!

I wanted to let you all know (especially Roe) that my brother sent his gf 2 letters. She is a college student, so she went home for the weekend but a friend told her 2 letters arrived for her. So, she we be back Monday to school and be able to read them.

Do we know if our SRs have been able to get our letters yet? I wan't sure if the person in our Div was trained to hand them out yet. I know when my brother realizes how often I've been writing, he'll be guilted into writing me = )

I also spoke to my SR's girlfriend and she did not get a letter either.  So I guess he's not missing us (lol).  My husband told me I write too many letters to him--I try and write one a night about the things that happened during the day.  The best I can do is wait for Tuesday's mail.  So happy to hear that you ladies have heard from your SRs.  Any tidbits you can share from your letters?  If you dont' want to post my email is roe821@optonline.com.   Thanks Rosemarie

I finally received 2 real letters from my SR....It does feel great to hear from them...I'm sure the letters will be coming in on Tuesday.  He sounds good and is getting ready for the training to start.  I hope everyone gets their letters soon because it will make a difference.  Hang in there and keep strong....at least that is what I keep telling myself.
Great picture on FB of our Div 948 thanks to roe and lesley for guessing the Tuesday Trivia question.

Hi Ladies- Roe thanks for letting me know about the picture. We can't find my brother in it though. Perhaps he was on watch?? I am still waiting on a personal letter myself but, his gf has now gotten 4 letters total. 2 on Friday (or Sat?) and two today stuck in one envelope. He mentioned he had recently gotten his wisdom teeth out.

I got my first letter today. Sounds like he is doing really well.
Cakes that great!!! Isn't it nice to read a letter from them. It makes it a little easier than not knowing what they are doing. Mydaughter and I received letters today too. He had to get his wisdom teeth out. I felt so bad for him.

Hi Ladies!   I received two letters today and my SR's gf also received a letter.  It makes the distance so much easier on everyone, including our SRs.  My son did say that about

1/3 of the div had their wisdom teeth out.  Ouch!!  We had his wisdom teeth removed about 2 years ago so he wouldn't need it done during bc.  Stay strong hope to meet everyone on 10/14.

Just got my phone call---I'm walking on air!!
