This discussion is for those who have an SR in Ship 04, DIV 820 and 821, PIR 10/14/11. These are brother divisions and will be spending a lot of time together from what I understand. Remember OPSEC rules and for security purposes...no pictures of your SR or names of SR. God bless you all!

Hi Ladies, I am wondering if anyone knows where to get the most current scoop on the black backpack we supposedly can bring their stuff to PIR in. I read quite a bit about it awhile ago on one of these N4M groups but didn't know if any of it applied to these DIVs. My SR said his div would be all packed from BC before the PIR ceremony and then go back for a quick grab of his stuff, walk across the street, check in at prebuds and then have liberty. All good so far. But, I'm bringing his laptop, cell phone, a couple books and some underclothes and a few civies. This is more than fits in a small backpack and I wondered if he can have a suitcase if I check in an extra one on the flight or if the black backpack is the only thing he's allowed. I found and bought one with alaptop pad in it but very little room for clothes etc. Any one know or know who I might ask?? Thanks All, it's starting to get fun to plan!!
lol, thanks, I sent you all the info. I have a few orders from people in this DIV. The 800 DIV's usually get Black ribbons with gold letters to distinguish themselves, because they are special OP's, from the other DIV's. The ribbons are a great way to show your pride and support for your Sailor and they make it easy to recognize other N4M members. They also make a great keepsake for scrapbooks or framing in a shadowbox. There are pics on my page here and you can see more pics on my face book page Unique memory Makers.
Anyone who wants more info can send me a friend request.
Thanks everyone, just click on my name and send a message or friend request. I always respond within a few hours so if you don't hear from me chances are I didn't get the message or friend request. That happen quite a bit on this site. You can also email me at: uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com Just be sure and tell me your N4M name so I will know who you are on this site.
And something I forgot to mention is most people in the 800's or Special Op's DIV's use the first name, with Black ribbon and gold letters to show they are special Op's But you can get whatever you want just let me know :-)
