Hi all...I could not really find anything on any of the discussions about Red Carpet Inn. I just got back yesterday from being in Illinois for my daughter's PIR. I had horrible horrible experience at the hotel and when I tried to email the company, of course the email is not valid. When I tried to email the parent company under bookroomsnow.com, of coure another email that is not valid. Does anyone know who to contact other than someone at the hotel?

this is the gist of my experience:

I had originally booked this reservation for just 3 days. I was coming into town for my daughter's Basic Training Graduation. My return date ended up being later than my husband's so I emailed to change my check out date to 09/19/11. I received a confirmation email back advising that would not be an issue. I checked in and was charged about 275$ total. I was not issued a receipt. When asked for one, I was told all they could do was write one up for me. I was given my room key and the pink ticket for the shuttle for the graduation. In the 5 nights I was there, room service came by twice. On Sunday I received a call from the front desk about 2:00 p.m. advising me I was supposed to check out at noon. I advised the person that no my reservation was until 09/19/11. I did not have any more money on my debit card and very little cash on me as I was going home the next day. Very rude person said that no I called in to cancel the 18th. I said no I had called in to confirm my change to the 19th and to see about having my daughter's card used to pay for the room and was advised of the approval form she had to sign to do this. I was then told, that I could not write a check and I had to leave the room or pay for another night. My flight did not leave until the next morning. I was then told someone would call me back. I believe it was Richard who called me back and said I could write a check but I still owed an additional 40$ for the night. This would have been the difference on what I was charged upon check in and the "extra" night as I was told. The "extra" night was given to me at a 10% discount. I had also asked upon check in if the office would be open Monday morning at 5:15 and was assured it would be. I had to wait for a shuttle for the airport and did not want to be standing outside by myself in the dark. I went to the office at 5:15 a.m. and it was low and behold the office was closed. I slipped my key into the night slot and stood outside in the rain waiting for my shuttle. As my room had already been locked and the key turned in. I did not so much as get any apology for the error on the room. I still have the confirmation email that my reservation was in fact changed. I am extremely unhappy with the service and the way I was treated. I was also told that I would be on the 6:10 shuttle to graduation. We woke up at 6:00 and I immediately contacted the front desk and was assured we would be on the 6:40. We got down to get the shuttle and we were told we needed to wait until 7:30 for a shuttle and we should have been on time for the original one. I am on Navy For Mom's, I also have two other children that will be going through Basic Training and graduation in the next 2 months and I can guarantee, I will not stay in the hotel again. I will also let people know of my negative experience. When I had asked to speak to a manager about the issues, I was told one was not on duty. So here I am emailing to voice my complaint.

I tried to email your parent company and kept getting error messages. I hope to have some form of return contact to acknowledge my issues stated above.

One place I would complain to is the AAA they have this marked for them and they are never happy if it is a poor service hotel or whatever.  I would keep digging until I got a hold of someone from Red Carpets and if you are on fb I would post it there too
We stayed there and had no problems at all, and we had to change our reservation 3 times before we went and then once after we got there.  I got a receipt and when my son made a mess all over the bed they brought us new sheets and stuff at night.  I'm sorry you had such a bad experience there.  I hope the next place you stay is better.
