Did you hear from your husband yesterday? Mine called me and we got to talk for 25 minutes! It was so good to hear his voice! He sounded really positive, so that made me feel better about everything. What's your husband's last name? I'll ask mine if he knows yours! Our last name is Hankinson. His rating is HM, so he is going to A school in San Antonio after graduation. Where will yours go?
Yessss we talked for 25 min too and he sounded great.  I was so happy.  I actually just read that we aren't supposed to put last names on here but I added you as a friend so I'll send it to you in a private message!  I'll ask my husband about yours too!  He's a Nuke so we're heading to Charleston, SC
PIR is getting closer and closer for this PIR group. I still can't believe September is almost over, Here is just a heads up, I am working on the ribbons for your group to wear to PIR, I have several that I haven't received the payment for so if you ordered and forgot to send your payment please remember to do that :-) I will begin mailing the ribbons for this PIR group very soon. If you have any questions at all send me a message or a friend request and I will get back to you ASAP. Thanks so much!!! I hope you all get some awesome letters and fantastic phone calls this week.  If you haven't seen the Encouraging questionnaire I posted in the discussion be sure and check it out. This is a really good time to send it. It is funny and has a really encouraging paragraph in it about battle stations. You can even send a couple extras for them to share with their friends and they can fill it out and send it to their family. You guys are awesome, Thanks again, Lala
Hey 348 ladies, just wanted you to know I sent you a message with info I got from my husband.
Thank you so much navywife125 for the info! I really hope we get a call. It's 5:30 now and I haven't gotten a call and no letter came this week either, so I'm REALLY hoping he calls soon! I'm happy for you that you got a call from your husband this week. I really miss knowing how he's doing and how things are going. Did anyone else not get a letter this week??

Hey Jessica, I'm so disappointed, no call here.  I know we aren't supposed to count on it, but I was still hoping....I got a letter Thursday and a letter today and he said things are going well for 348.  Also, my husband said that yours is a nice guy, thought I'd tell you!  I'm sorry you didn't get a letter.  Sometimes the week will be busier for some recruits than others.  Just think about how hard your husband is probably working.  That's what I try to remember.  And as everyone says, no news is good news when it comes to RTC.  Even though I'd rather have news hahah.   Let me know if you hear anything!

Hi all! I just heard about this group through my husband actually. He mentioned in one of his letters about a group specifically for 03/348 from some of the men in his division on Navy for Moms.  So, as soon as I read that letter, I quickly found it and started up my Navy For Moms membership this weekend. I'm really excited that time has been moving along quickly and that October 14 is almost here! Less than 2 weeks!

Hello Kristi!  I am so excited to have someone else here!  It's just been the 3 of us so far and it seems like the other groups have so many more people.  If you want, message me your husband's last name and I'll send mine and we can see if they know each other.  Can't believe how close we are now...!!

I'm so excited!! I got a very much needed 10 minute call a little while ago. I really needed it today! I was missing him so much and his call just boosted my mood back up! Did everyone else get a call?

10 more days!!!

Awww I'm so happy for you but no call here.  Did he say it was just him?  I got one from my husband a week ago for 10 min, maybe it was a reward.  Lucky girl!  I bet you are soo happy!
I assumed it was everyone because he said most of the people were getting 5 minutes but that the ones that scored good on a test got 10 minutes. I'm sorry you didn't get a call :(  I asked if he knew your husband and he said he was a cool guy. I wish I was able to get more information about everything that was going on but time was so limited and we were tripping over each other to talk, lol. I hope you hear from yours again soon!
Hmm.  I'll just try to remember that no news is good news, I hope he's ok.  Glad to hear what your husband said about mine :-)  It's so funny that they all know each other.
