ok, not my SR
Oh darn...Not mine either.

Hi All, my son is in this division. It is great reading the posts, but one thing I haven't received a call yet. I am so scared I will miss the call. Also, I saw something about ribbons.  Please whoever is in charge of this I am interested and will send whatever, just let me know. Did receive 1 letter, his girlfriend got 2 but who's counting.... Thanks for being able to join this group. I miss him terribly.

Welcome! I have gotten a phone call but only because his gf missed his call and she gets more letters than me too... You'd think we'd rate a bit higher for raising them huh??? lol

I think this link will take you to LaLa the Ribbon Queen's page.... See you soon!!!

Our last name is with a P!

Does it end in O? And are you from staten island?
Yes - it ends in "O" but we're from Long Island, not Staten Island.  Pretty close though!
Thanks for posting the link, just send me a friend request or message and I will send you the info for placing an order for the ribbons.

I asked the teacher from my sons 6th grade class if the class could send my SR letters.  All 20 students sent a short letter, they were really great, with a lot of questions for him.  Happy to say that big brother sent back a letter yesterday addressed to the teacher, thanking her for having the class send the letters, and then answering as many questions as he could.  He told them that when he comes home to visit he will go to their classroom and chat with them.  It really made my day!

That is WONDERFUL!!! I never thought of doing that, but I sure wish I had!!!

My son is in this group of guys!  I'm so very excited that the PIR date is next week.  Sadly, his dad and I aren't able to make it for graduation.  I just got a letter that said he was ok with us not coming, that we'd only get to spend a few hours with him anyways cuz he leaves for A school early Saturday morning.  It still breaks my heart anyways that we can't go.  I any of ya'll are going, say hi to Kristopher R from Texas!

Nancy, we are from Texas and heading to PIR on Wednesday next week.  Will ask our SR to point out Kristopher and take him to dinner with us if allowed...
