No nothing on calls. My sons birthday was on the 19th. He did say he had a tooth pulled and something happened and he had to have surgery to correct his jawline, I thank him for telling me but I really didn't need to hear that!! LOL
TLC569? we are also 3.5 hours away. We are in Michigan.
I"m in Indiana
Yikes! Maybe no news is good news! So happy you got a letter!!! That means that they are coming!! I did not get one today but our mail comes really early so now I really be waiting on pins and needles!
I think TLC569 lives somewhat closer to RTC than we do Deanna so maybe tomorrow will be our day. I am still at work and have not been home to check the mailbox yet so I am still praying for a letter today.
I live 3.5 hrs away. But this way you know the 09/013 is sending out/getting mail!

I am 9.5 hours away so I am hoping we get some mail this week.

Winhawk, I am hoping we get something this week! It is encouraging to know that mail is out there!

I got two letters today. I am so excited. He invited us to come up for Thanksgiving since he is in the adopt a sailor program. He said we can have him all to ourselves for 12 hours and his buddy will be with us. We ARE going!!!!!!!  He usually dresses kinda like a bum all summer but he said he will be in his khakis so I don't have to worry - he will look good. Any moms out there with an SR Burns we will be taking your son to dinner.

Yay! I am so happy for you. Wow, two letters!  Glad to hear everyones news!

I also received letters today (and his girlfriend received two letters). Not sure if I will make it for Thanksgiving but going to try. Glad we are all finally getting letters...next..perhaps a phone call?!?!?

If any of you know a Samuel in this ship and division please message me. We adopted him for Thanksgiving. I plan on taking a lot of pics that day.
