Hey all!  My son shipped Oct 4th.  I have gotten two letters in addition to the form letter.   But, I have not gotten a phone call.  I desperately want to hear his voice.  Are we the only ones that have not gotten a call?  I have hotel reservations made already for PIR.  I can't wait to see him again!

Hi everyone! Still no phone call but I have received 2 letters and he seems to be doing much better and he tells me that he has really bonded with alot of the guys in his division which is nice. Cant wait til graduation on 12/2. Anyone staying at the Navy Lodge? If so, we should meet..........
Good Morning Everyone.. Hope that everyone gets letters this week.. 30 days and counting...

Good deal!!!! Sounds like they have settled in and are moving toward graduation!! So excited cannot wait!!!

So, I just received my letter, and my son is saying that only friday for visitation after gradutation.  Has anyone else heard what the weekend is going to be like?  I thought we had all weekend, from friday to sunday.  Can you help me on this/  Thanks

Is there a website that can give us up to date information on how this all works?

I feel terrible. I missed my son's phone call today. I had an errand to run and forgot my phone at home. During that time he apparantly called and left 2 messages. He was upset and crying. It broke my heart to hear him cry. I hope he is oaky. I have been waiting all month for his call and I missed it. I feel like such a bad mom right now. I dont think he will be able to call again until he finished the battlesations. Im so upset............
