15 days and counting, scarf in hand and travel arangements complete - can't wait :)  Our SR's are getting ready for Battle Stations - they will do GREAT!!  We should get our "I'm a Sailor" call on the 27th and they will get their Pizza - I know my SR will be excited to eat one of his favorite foods again.

LOVE THIS POST <3<3<3 Soooooooooo Super Excited!!!  Thankyou!!

14 days to go!!!!  Does everyone have their plans made out and if so, where are you coming from?  We are coming from the Pittsburgh area.  Flying in on Thursday morning.  Was going to drive the 10 hour trip but was afraid of what the weather may be.  Can't wait to see my son !!!!!!!!!  It has been a long couple weeks.

Yahoo! We are leaving on Thursday the 2nd, and we're coming from Cincinnati, Ohio. It is only about a five hour drive on a good day, but who knows in February? We are so excited. It will be my husband, Jerry, daughter, Christina, sister-in-law, Jennifer, and myself. We are so excited. Our scarves are ordered, but haven't come yet. We are staying at the Navy Lodge. Didn't know they get pizza after Battlestations-Patrick will be very happy! :)

This is great ladies!! I'm so exited that its almost over! :) We've made it through, and so have our SR's. :) Im sure pizza will taste good to them - its one of my husbands favorites lol other than me making a roast hehe. ;)

I can't believe we're at 14. Amazing.

Tracey, I'm driving up from Ashland, Kentucky..not too far from the Cincinnati area. I hope the weather holds up for us, my mom and I are going up together and I'll be the one driving. I'm looking forward to meeting you all. :)

Also, I wanted to let you know there is a facebook group for our SR's - its "Support Ship 12 Div 054 - family/friends :)"
Ive met people on facebook who aren't on the Navy for Moms site - so I thought it would be a good idea to keep them in the loop too. anyways, you all should check it out.

<3

Finally made my way over from Facebook to here!

haha Glad you did. This site is full of TONS of great information. :) I love it. I just made the FB thing because I met a bunch of people who didn't use this site - so I thought it would be a good way to keep them in the loop. Plus we can all stay in contact after PIR. :)

I know that 054 got to scholastic flag and the physical fitness flag – does anyone know if they have gotten other flags as well?

When I talked to my son on Jan 13th - he said they had gotten 6 flags - Academic, Marching, Athletic, Marksman, Inspection and Independent Steaming (they can march on their own and sing cadence while marching)

I knew they were a good bunch.  Can't wait to see them march in.  Our scarves came yesterday, so we are ready!!  12 days to go.  Jerry is all ready to print off the parking pass tomorrow!!:)

Have a great evening, ladies!!

Stay warm.

Tracey Today makes 11 days. U can start printing them out already. :D
