YEAAHHH You got letters today...It so great to hear from them. Kara wrote she got us gifts but idnt say what..She didnt mention anything about pictures either..I will have to make an order off that site..When can we order?

Hope everyone is doing well today..2 more weeks..HOOYAH>>>

before you order anything, make sure pictures are not what she's talking about. Sarah said she saw her individual picture and got to pick the best of two choices. SHOCKER! she likes it!!!!!!! lol this girl never likes her pictures so I'm excited it has to be a good one!!! :-)  She ordered pkg A which includes the Keel cruise book. and she also said she ordered the graduation DVD. whew!

If you call the NEX photo lab, they may even be able to tell you if she has already ordered a package??

HI TISH>>
Thankyou this info..I will call them tom then and see what Kara ordered..I want

the DVD as well..That would be a nice to a keeper,,Your Sarah sounds like my Kara..

Doesnt like photos..HAHA>>What is the Keel Cruise book? HAve a great day today..

the Keel cruise book (sometimes called the yearbook) is just like the high school yearbook but has pictures of their whole experience in bootcamp, I'm hoping our SR's will be captured in several pages. It will be great for them to look back years from now and remember who they went thru this experience with.

When they go on a ship's deployment, if it is 6 months or longer, the ship will make a "cruise book" for them to have, showing pictures of all the ports they pulled into and all the sailors that made the journey and different experiences they had during the deployment. Very cool!

Hi All!

MWR has a Recruit Care package for 19.99 that you can buy for your SR. It is designed for those who can not make PIR to let them know youre thinking about them. My son can't make PIR since he is in Italy, so he ordered one for his sister. It is really cool, and it will be given to them on the day of PIR.

Here's the link if anyone is interested....
