Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. Tickets are now issued for all guests, and all guests must have a ticket to enter base. A separate parking pass is no longer needed to drive on to base for parking.

im not a mom but i am a girlfriend of one of the ship 12 div 098 boys <3
i've gotten lots of letters and 2 calls, he says that they are all finally starting to work together as a team, which im sure is tuff when you all go in as strangers, so that is so wonderful! i am so proud of my sailor and you should all be proud of yours as well :D 30 days left!!!!!! im seriously excited beyond belief to see him! we have never been apart for more than 2 weeks(one time and on the phone constantly) for the past year so this was a HUGE change for the both of us! i am lucky to have support from his family as well as my own!
if any of your sailors have boyfriends or girlfriends try to include them every once in awhile it makes them feel so welcomed and loved( really shows that they except you into the family!) also gives you both something to do while the man/ women you both love so dearly is away!

Hello Carlyann- My son also has a girlfriend and they have been together for over 2 years. It has been very hard on her as well as me. She is a part of our family now and we make a point to include her and talk to her every few days. Even my son said in one of his letters to please text her everyday so that she doesn't forget him!! If you would like to message me if you have a facebook maybe the two of you can talk. I tried to get her onto this sight but I don't think she has, but she does do the Tuesday Trivia on the facebook sight.

Hey, I also have a boyfriend SR, and his family is amazing! His parents are extremely supportive of our relationship, as our mine, it has really helped these past few weeks. Our 2 year anniversary was the two days after he left and like you carlyann, we haven't gone long without talking to each other. It's so strange now that my phone doesn't go off every few minutes with a text message from him, so different from these past 2 years. My boyfriend is in Div 97, so not the same, but that's ok!
