Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

mi hija tambien se gradua el mismo dia.... 9 de marzo... ella esta en el ship 9 div 085... Vas a ir a su graduacion?? Nosotros somos de california ... vamos a hacer todo lo posible para ir.

hola pues claro que vamos nosotros somos de florida (tampa) y cuento anciosa los dias para ir a verlo, que tan dificil a sido esta espera, aun mi hijo no me ha llamado y a usted la ha llamado su hija, yo solo recibi la carta con una notica hecha por el, estoy desesperada por saber algo, ni se como le va ni nada

yo tambien estoy desesperada... solamente recibi la misma carta de informacion ... con un mensaje corto que ella me escribio.... No he recibido una llamada tampoco... Pero todas las madres me dicen que no los permiten llamarnos hasta la 3ra o 4rta semana... apenas llevan 2 1/2 semanas... y nadie a recibido una carta tampoco.... todas estamos igual de desesperadas por oir de nuestros hijos.... Yo no pense que iba a ser tan dificil. Pero no te preocupes mucho.... Dicen que "no news is good news" ... pero la verdad... me da mucha tristesa pensar que mi hija este pasando frio y soledad aya en illinios.

Por fin recibi la carta de mi hijo ya estaba muy preocupada hasta llame al recruiter y me dijo que el no tenia la informacion todavia. Pense que no seria tan dificil pero el no poder contactarlo es lo mas dificil. Se gradua el 9 de marzo como tu hijo. Ship 11 Div 083. Ya estare planificando mi viaje para alla. Ahora espero su llamada por lo menos escuchar su voz unos minutos me hara sentir mucho mas tranquila.
