I haven't received any letters yet, But her boyfriend received 2 letters on the same day. One dated Feb 18 and 25th. I'm sure they don't get a lot of time to write so it is probably hard. I wrote that if she writes and underlines what she wants others to know that I would type it up and send it out. Everyone keeps asking me how she is doing. I did get to read his letters but I read them fast and can't remember some of the stuff. She enjoys working out and is missing that. She is doing more at night when they go to bed. Talks about having no spare time. They tell you what to do all the time, even when you can go do the bathroom! She also mentioned others talking a lot. Hope we get a call this week ! I wonder if we will.
She also mentions her bunkmate or rack is 19 and married.
This is an interesting link showing what they do from week to week.
I'm hoping that by the time we get our next letters.. the talking issue is over.. i'm sure they will have found something else to pick on them about. This past week was wisdom teeth day.. i suspect my daughter got to endure that..she needed them out so its done now...i think they got to swim this week too.. she was on swim team in high school so i'm sure she felt confident with that one...phone calls today or next week probably.. :)
Okay Ship 03 Division 118...... how does everyone feel about RED being our color?
What do we use the color for ?
Red is good for me too ...
Hope they are on here and send you a message
Welcome Rose...left you a Comment on your Page on your Wall.
Has anyone heard from our SR's in DIV 118??? I wonder if the "chatting" stopped..... Hoping for a letter tomorrow :). Starting on the down swing of this roller coaster again... I am really missing her this week.
Got a letter today.. no mention of the talking, but my daughter did really well on her first PT test and claims it's from all the extra PT they had. :) She really wasn't in any shape going in so that's good. She seemed very upbeat and the only negative was that the division doesn't seem to have any rhythm so they are having marching issues. No flags as of yet...We are buying our tickets today...Ouch!!!
