Hi Cindy, that is probably why they are doing so much marching.  I am confident that they will get it together. He also mentioned that they are preparing for hell week. One thing I know for sure, they are missing home.  Letters help to keep them going and I plan to keep writing as much as I possibly can.  My son has asked for NHL box scores.  He is missing the outside world so I have been clipping the scores everyday and sending them even if I dont have time to write a letter. He had a hard time hearing his little sisters voice on the phone last week according to his letter. As a mommy this is tough to hear!!  I can't wait to see him!

Hello Ladies, I received a letter today actually 2.  The first one has him very upset one of the other SR received a letter from home stating about news that was heard on Fox, if any of you have heard of this please inform me.  The first is that Syria is killing their own people not sure what that is about, then someone is getting ready to drop a bomb and war is predicted in 12 months or less.  Im not sure what they are talking about Im going to go do research on the web.  The second letter stated that there had been some vandalism in the male head from all the division including theirs division 100, what the hell.  They were told all were going to pay well our division 100 offered to clean it up was told no this leter is from the 27th, he state they are going to have to do IT's starting at 50 and going backwards which will consist of a burnout of 4 jumping jacks, 4 mountain climbers, 8 boybuilders until all 50 sets are done - he states one kid had to do this the other day took him over 2 hours and that kid is in great shape, the division is down to 86 and he believes they started at 98.  Do have some good news our divison 100 did receive their first flag and their brother division did not. I sorry ladies it just has me alittle stressed out. OMG 27 days...Hugs Tora

Oh this news makes me nervous. What do you mean vandilism in the male head? I agree we need to send our sailors positive news. PIR can't come soon enough. Praying for our sailors.

Thanks Cathie and Janis - I so agree with both of you. OMG when I received this letter has me so stressed unreal.  Some of this new was going on before they went to bc.  All I know Im ready for PIR to be here 28 days!

Hi Janis, no offense taken here.  My advise is to listen to all stations (including FOX).  I prefer hearing more than one side of things to keep me open minded as much as possible.  I think we all have our favorite stations but it is always good to mix it up a little. That is my 2 cents LOL.  Peace to you too and I have phone is glued to me as always.  Hopefully we get a call soon!

Ladies is anyone out there?

How many letters are you receiving a week now?

Hi! Can you believe two more weeks!!! Pray all goes well at Battlestations and they all get their Navy cap! The video on battlesations is awesome. I cried when I saw the sailors take off their recruit caps and don their Navy ones. Have a great wkd to all!!

Where is the video? I am dying of anticipation!!!!! :-)

I have been looking all morning to find it! I still have not found the one where the sailors show all their emotion as they take off their recruit caps and put on their NAVY ones. There is a good video...Go to click on videos on the home page at the top. Click on view all. Click on Navy Racks bootcamp..this is by a woman. After that related videos will pop up. click on Navy bootcamp part 2 talks about battlestations. I will keep looking for the best one. I am bursting with pride, knowing our men and women chose the NAVY!!!  PIR here we come!!!

how do you get to these videos? :)

I get three letters a week now :)  I love the days when they come!! My boyfriends name is Aaron and he is 19.  I write once every day and sometimes two.  I send him the funnies because I heard they like to share them around.  I even wrote to several of the other guys because Aaron had them write to me!  How are you doing?
