Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

We received our form letter Thursday and was very excited to get it.  Saying a prayer and keeping my fingers crossed for the March 30th graduation.

Do you know when that call would be???

From the updated list posted earlier div 100 is scheduled mon/tues. - so we should get calls tuesday.  I'm still hoping the original list was the correct one and they are doing BS now and will call tomorrow :)  I know we are so close to friday but I feel like I'm going to burst with the waiting!  

I feel the same way! I have been very emotional the past two days...anxiety, excitement, worry. Do our SR's get to call after battlestations?

How are all of you moms holding up?  I sure hope this day goes by fast!    I am thinking of all of you and praying for their division's success!  Have a great day!

OMG the excitement, just think in 3 days we shall see our SR's.  Hopefully we shall get the call soon letting us know they are Sailor, just saying it makes tears flow.  Yep Im such a cry baby lol.  May God Bless our SR's.  I hope you have a wonderful day.  Hugs Tora

I am so anixous to get a call from my sailor! We have made it this far ladies... PIR on Friday! Oh how exciting!Waiting on this call is driving me crazy, the only thing that is getting me through is the thought of seeing him Friday!

Anyone know anything about shuttles to the base if you aren't staying at a hotel that provides one?

Have my son on the phone now - he said whole division passed!!!  WooHoo!  He said a couple guys have to stand watch so they won't be able to call for a while.  Can' wait til Friday!!!  

I have a sailor too!!  He sounded great and is looking forward to Friday!!

YEAH my son is a Sailor...

I just got off the longest phone call with my son since he left... He is a SAILOR YAY so proud of him and all of our SR's now they just need to stay awake he said when he hung up w/me he was going to get a red bull to give him wings. lol...
