Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

SHIP 07 DIVISION 104 WHERE IS EVERYONE????
Okay, I know for a fact that there are approximately 84 members of this division who have loved ones at home missing them. We are now almost at the half way mark, and yet we are not a very active group on this website. I don't understand it. I know from the few people that I have talked to, that there are some anxious moms, wives and girlfriends out there, and I can't help but think that there has to be many more who are just wondering what to do or who to talk to. So, allow me to say this......
HELLO!!!!!!!!!!! Make yourself known! Don't be shy, we are all the same boat. We miss our loved ones just like you! I am online almost every day, and I wouldn't care a bit to become friends with anyone who wants to chat, become penpals, or just maybe need some help with info. Send me a note if want to. I didn't even see a post on here recently, so I thought I would post this one to see if maybe there was any new members that might have just joined recently.
I know that my son is one of six Section Leaders, so I know that he is getting to know youryour son very well. I hope to see you all at Sarges, the night before graduation, in a little over 4 weeks. Hope to hear from some of you!

In regard to the yellow ribbon:
It's EXTREMELY important to the sailors. It's a cadence that their RDC sings all the time. It goes:
"In her hair she wore a yellow ribbon, she wore it in the spring time in the early month of May and if you ask her why the hell she wore, she wore it for that sailor who was always underway."
Austin wrote about it with great enthusiasm and asked us to spread the word to the who division. He says,"PLEEEAASE wear it! Even if it doesn't match. We'd really appreciate it and so will our RDC."
So please ladies, spread the word and wear a yellow ribbon! :)

What do you mean, anyone else? Did you receive one? I wouldn't think any of our guys would have made them yet. I anticipate those calls coming in sometime during the day/evening today and tonight unless the person making the call has to stand watch, based on the information I was given about when they were doing battlestations, correct me if my info was wrong, and you got a call already Morgan. I've been away from the computer a bit taking care of last minute family issues at this end. :)

Finally!! We received the call, He is officially a sailor! I am so excited and beaming with pride!! I can not wait to see my son on Friday. He sounds so different, so mature. Life is good! GOD is good! See you all soon!

I received the call as well!!!! Life is VERY GOOD here as well. We will see you tomorrow! :) Can't wait to meet you Tiffany and your wonderful son and family. Patrick had many nice things to say about Preston as well. Have a safe drive. I'm getting all my stuff printed out and packed up into the vehicles tonight and we'll be leaving early in the morning. Can you believe it's finally here? lol I got good news from Patrick as well today, on top of the fact that he's graduating. I'll tell you about it tomorrow when I see you.

I did not ask Preston that question but he said they had just started to use the phones and that was just 2 hours ago. He also said they get 30 minutes for these calls, so be patient, you will get the call, there are ALOT of sailors making that call.
