Oh my... Glad to hear she is doing good now and that they r not holding the missed inspections against her...

Hi all!! New here to this group, just found it.  Our son is Ship 12 Div 153.  We got our first letter today and we got a half hour phone call!!!!   Gosh it was a good day!

Hi, yes it was a very good day.

I'm glad to see u found us... It has been the best day yet... It makes my heart smile knowing we all got to speak to our SRs... It brought me motivation to be positive and keep my head held high... Graduation will be here soon...

smcreavy & ACWOLF did you get a letter thurs?

we didn't  :(  ...lol...it was his sister's, two friends and of course his girlfriend's turn....we are good with that!

<3 we are too, i told my sr that if he gets time to write but just needs it to think and collect his thoughts not to feel pressured to write because we know he is alright.

hi all in ship 12/div 153.  in reading some comments/posts in other divisions, i want to make sure i am not in any way saying anything that could embarrass my sr.  i am going to try to keep things here on n4m's somewhat vague.  just know we are all in this together and as for questions and support we are here for each other.  seems like we have a wonderful support system with the veteran moms/wives, i thank them for that.  i hope one day to be able to pass it on to newbies.  i am so looking forward to meeting you, even if just for a quick hug in great lakes.  have a great week-end.

:D I received a call from my SR yesterday....i was soo excited, he says he'll write me a letter on Sunday now that he has my updated address, he says hes trying his hardest to keep on going and I told him I was so proud of him <3 . Glad to hear everyone got a call from their SR's :)

YES! so happy for you <3

I guess we all had our exciting phone call .. Did anyone have trouble writing a letter since then kinda a loss for words ?

32 days and counting !!!!
