Hi Shirley,  I am never at a loss for words LOL.  Have you sent a questionnaire to your SR yet? I have sent two, it's kinda fun/easy for the kids to circle the answer or fill in the blanks.  A couple examples are posted in one of the discussions, I modified a little.  I also put in a self addressed stamped envelope with a blank piece of paper.  I heard one mom say that she mailed her grocery list to her son and he loved it.  Don't think it matters so much what we write as long as we write, could always do MY DAY...got up at 6, had & cheerios & coffee, called aunt lucy, took the pooch to get groomed, met a friend for lunch, watched as the world turns, made sloppy joes for dinner, watched american idol...went to bed  at 10:00...see it really doesn't matter, just write : )  hugs, hope we get a call today,

thank you for all.   this is a perfect example what this site is for !!!

one this is for sure, when our children joined the UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES, we gained a big family<3

Im glad to know there is so much support available on this website....an update with my situation, I talked to my SR's mom and we patched things up for the sake of our beloved SR.....we are actually going to drive up to see him together and I'm sooo excited that I get to see him graduate without having an akward relationship with his mom....cant wait to meet all of you :)

oh my....see<3 so happy for you<3  did you know they have a group here for girlfriends, i saw it today.  hugs hope to meet you & your sr's mom...does she know about this site?

Hi all.  Did everyone get a letter yesterday or today?  I hope so.  We got our second letter and our SR is putting on a brave front but boy is he struggling.  28 more days to go and I pray he graduates with his divison on the 18th!  I hope all your loved ones are doing well and that we'll get to meet you and your SRs on the 18th!

Hello do you know how your SR is struggling I am worried as well my girl has been out of commission so I am worried that she will not be able to do the 1 1/2 mile run in the allowed time .

bless your heart shirley, from what mine said in his letter he was doing fine, he was upbeat and said everything is coming together, please try  not to worry, i know its hard not too.
