It's Monday and PIR is almost here!!! I can't wait to see my bf Travis. I am riding with his parents to GL and we are leaving Thurs morning about 4AM. They live in VA and we should be arriving sometime around 5pm. We are staying at the Navy Lodge. I noticed some others were also staying there so, if anyone wants to meet just let me know. Thanks everyone :)
I will be at Navy Lodge, we will be arriving Thursday night late.
3 days!!!!I got a letter today too...My daughters are so excited they cant sleep...Me too but shhhh..LOL I CAN NOT wait to squeeze my boy!!!
Just heard from my son, the SAILOR! He said he didn't hear of anyone who didn't pass battle stations, so if you haven't heard from that special someone, it's probably good news!!! Friday can't come soon enough!
Go Navy!
Got the Call also !! So happy , sounds like their Div did well. He said they came in 2nd.. He sounded great and we cant wait to see him to hear all about the past 7 weeks ! Congrats to all your sons too !
WE HAVE A SAILOR!! We are soooo proud here. 132 is in the top 2 divisions also so looks like they all did very well! Congrats fellow families and to your new SAILORS!!! 2 more days!
I got my call roughly 2 hrs ago. He said battlestations were not as fun as he was hoping it would be but is happy that they are through. Despite that their div is one of the best, the RDCs are still not treating them well. He is frustrated and ready to get out of there and start his school in Pensacola. He is still a little sick and was tired but seemed alright otherwise. I'm very proud of him and the rest of the guys. Congratulations to our SAILORS!!!!
Congrats everybody, my son called his gf!!! He's glad its over.
