Hey =)
I had started a discussion at another place, but figured this was a better spot for it. I just wanted to start a place where we could all chat that our children were in the same group.
My name is Candy and my son is a 4th generation sailor on his dad's side. I am so proud of him. His father was in the Navy and I was Air Force. He did a little bit of college and decided that it wasn't for him. He is going to Mississippi for A school to be a SeeBee builder.
So glad I was told about this site.

Welcome Jean and Laura. =) Sorry I haven't been on much lately. I've been working way too much. Anyways, glad you guys have joined us. =)
I got my letter yesterday. I scared my husband to death. I came running in the house yelling for him and my youngest. He thought that I had gotten hurt. lol He sounds a little lost and lonely, but he's doing well. I so just wanted to wrap my arms around him and tell him how much I loved him. He said if they do good that he thinks they will be able to call on Sunday. I so hope he gets to.
My husband is ex Navy and I'm ex Air Force. If you have any questions I would be happy to help. Just let me know. =)
