No call since 4/19. Maybe we'll get calls later this evening or tomorrow!
If anyone received a BattleStations date this weekend from your SR for this division, please friend request/private message it to me. We can't print the dates on N4Moms but we can private message. I am keeping a schedule and only have the ones for 151-154 so far. Thanks!
oh can you include me in on the message with date for battlestations? I am getting nervous....Lord have mercy. I can't wait for the 18th. I had written in one of Greg's letters to be asking around if there is an SR who will not have family on PIR day, to invite them to spend time with us and go to dinner. I think that is a great idea. I would love for someone to embrace my son if I were not able to go. Prayers for the boys!!!
I did the same thing Mary! Hope to hear from him soon! It seems like other divisions are getting phone calls - I guess I'll be patient and wait for the "I'm a Sailor" call! Thanks to everyone for the information they are providing! Hoping to see everyone at Sarge's or at the PIR! Have a great day everyone!
won't be able to get to the meet and greet. Not getting into Chicago until about 9:30pm Thursday. We will be kind of out of the loop on that however, we have 5 flying in our group and tried to consider everyones schedules makes our arrival time a little late. We will be up and ready to go bright and early Friday a.m. though. Are people wearing the t-shirts to the PIR ? I'm dressing casual for sure, plus they said there is a lot of walking. I did not order t-shirts. I lost my job...got laid off on April the 12th. Greg doesn't know as he would be distracted and worried about his momma. Needless to say things are a little tight right now for me. Thank the lord I had already pd for my tkt, room and car. So it will be fine.
Too bad about the meet and greet but will definitely see you at PIR!!! It's soooo exciting how quickly the days seem to be going now! After how slowly it went at first!
I received my division tee shirt today. I'm not sure I understand the picture though...it wasn't quite what I was expecting.
I also received a letter from my SR. He sounds great and cannot wait to take a REAL shower after graduation!
11 more days!!!
Got a letter today dated April 29, so news is really old. But he was very upbeat in the letter and there is not 1 negative thing in it! So all must be going well for him! Picked up our Div t-shirts from post office today - am troubled by them. Not what I have seen of others.....kind of scary strange! What do you moms think?
@ flgirl.....DITTO!!!! All I could think to say was WTH?????? I'm disappointed that the RDC's allowed this design to go to print. I for one will probably never wear the tee shirt. Maybe there is something behind the design that we just don't understand, but for the life of me, I cannot think of anything.
Good Morning Div 155 Moms! I hope we all hear from our SR's today! 1 week! Thank goodness!
