Teresa, I am so sorry too! God bless you all!!! How did you find this out through facebook?  She is able to contact you through it?  You will be in my prayers.

thank you i just really need a phone call about now .i dont know how she got on FB it really dumfounded me but, thats how she told me i was hoping she had been hacked but apparently not, she is now in a different ship so maybe they have different privileges i dont know. i just need a phone call so i will really know whats is going on this is gonna cause me an ulcer i cant stop wondering whats wrong she was doing so good. her Recruiter couldnt help either he said he would try and find something out so i guess i will just set here and wait. Thanks for the prayers we do need them.

I am so sorry Teresa,Why won't they let her call you,That is crazy to make you wait ,I would be insane by now. My prayer are with you & your family. God must have other plans for your daughter, I will keep her in my prays & pray that there is nothing serious wrong.

Hey Teresa my daughter wrote me and told me that a lot of people are being sent home becuse of medical issues,I dont know if that is y they r sending her home but she told me that she wont go to the doc unless its serious cause they are sending people home left and right

I never heard of such a thing!!! Didn't their pre-bootcamp screening cover all of this? Could this be b/c they are all getting sick from the weather change and maybe losing too much "bootcamp" time to pass effectively?

Has anyone heard anything more of our girls getting sent home?

thanks for all the support so here what i have finally found out my dauughter has a fractured ankle the navy has not sent her home yet she was told she could do 8 months of physical therapy and try again but she has decided not to as of right now she told me she was broken down and the motivation was gone she seems awfully depressed and i can understand why she really wanted this.she is on ship5 i beleive and she is allowed to use facebook and the phone daily so i am trying to help her as much as possible i am completely supportive of any decision she makes to stay or come home. there are others from her div there too i dont know how many. hopefully this will all be over soon again, Thanks to all of you for your kind words and Prayers I do appreciate it. may God Bless you and keep your Children safe in there Journeys.

I just received a letter from my Sr, he said there mail is being held, they can only write on Tuesdays,Thursdays & Sundays . It sounds like this Div is having a hard time Marching? I think they are being punish. Well lets hang in there Moms,It will be over soon,he also believes they won't get another phone call till after Battle Stations? Have a good week& say some prayers for Ship 9 Div 165.

Well, I am ecstatic!!! I recieved my first letter/contact from my baby girl!!! Oh I am so happy!!! This has been tough!

She said that her div is getting into all kinds of trouble and her ability to contact us has been very limited b/c of it.

Has anyone recieved the invites and all and for the graduation? She couldn't write much but said that more was coming. I need to find out as much as I can.

Teresagood for you for standing by her decision. My daughter said that it is much harder than she thought and she hates it. But wants to get through so that she will never experience it again. :) But if she headed home, I would be welcoming her with open arms. I miss her so much! Hope yours gets healed quickly!

can anyone tell me what is the best/affordable hotel to stay for the graduation? I booked a room w/kitchen at the navy lodge, but I am not sure exactly how long my SR will be on liberty. she says she is going to meridian ms. does anyone know how long their liberty is?

It is different from what I understand, but my son is goint to SC and will have to be back that evening.....and a friend of his grad Mar 30 and went to Meridian, MS and had to leave go to airport grad night at midnight - had to be back on base at 7pm
