For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

hey shawn's mom, what is this Sarge's thing on Thursday, time and place etc. I have heard people mention it but i guess i put it on the back burner of my brain thinking i would not be getting there for a long time. funny that time is only days away!!

Tina, check out the above link, There is a meet and greet for us family members that have got to know each other here. Sarge is probably the most popular and it looks like some fun while we wait for Friday morn. I'm flying in from Cali. Thursday noon and am looking forward to it!! See you there??
seems to be two sarge's meet and greets at two different locations, am i reading that correct. one at ramada and one at a bar and grill? if so which one are you going to? shawn's mom
Good morning Tina, there are several different meet and greets going on Thursday evenings. Some hotel have them and some are at different bars etc.. but I think there is only one Sarge's. That is at the sundance saloon. That is the one we will be at.. I think it is one of the bigger ones.. Where are you staying?
Where did you see they got top honors at? I went to the http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/ but their not showing our division yet. I think our division will be up after battlestations.

Hello Ladies! So excited that our division won the Captain's Cup. They must be so proud. This night is going to be long. Can't wait for that call tomorrow. :) Prayers for our division! See you all on Friday and hopefully on Thursday at the Sundance. We will be waiting for our son's friend who is arriving at Midway airport at 5:30 pm, so we will be late at best.

Hello! Just received the "I'm a Sailor call" All who sent to Battle Stations from division 170 passed. Happy, happy, happy!!!!
